MortgageBuddy provides a secure document collection and preliminary checking service used by your mortgage broker.
You confirm that documents you upload are genuine, unaltered and relate to you or to applicants you are authorised to act for.
MortgageBuddy does not provide credit assistance, financial advice or lending decisions. Status indicators are preliminary and may be overridden by your broker.
The preliminary check uses local processing only. Your broker remains responsible for the final review of every document.
You agree to receive transactional messages about this application (links, reminders, status updates) by email and, where you have given a mobile number and the channel is configured, by SMS or WhatsApp. These are not marketing messages.
Your broker must keep the documents for 7 years as required by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).
